WHY HAVE I NOT RECEIVED A CONFIRMATION EMAIL?

Please be advised that order confirmation emails are only sent if the order has been placed successfully. If you have not received an email confirmation, it is likely that your order has not gone through. If you believe payment has been taken from your account, or that you may have entered an incorrect email address, please contact us via email at merch@forever-days.com.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DISPATCHED?

We endeavour to ship all orders within 72 hours, however during busier periods or for unforeseen circumstances, please allow up to 5 business days.

WHERE IS MY ORDER?

Once shipped, domestic orders should arrive in up to 5 business days, European orders in up to 10 business days, and Rest of World in up to 15 business days, depending on your chosen delivery option.

If for any reason we anticipate that your order will take slightly longer, we will contact you using the contact info as provided by you. If you have any concerns about your order lead times or for anything else, please contact us via email at merch@forever-days.com.

I HAVE ORDERED A PRE-ORDER ITEM, WHEN WILL IT BE DISPATCHED?

All pre-orders have the expected dispatch date listed in the product description. If there are any delays, we will notify you directly. Note that if you have purchased your pre-order item with an in-stock item, your whole order will ship when this item is released.

CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM IN MY ORDER?

If you need to exchange an item for another size, we may be able to assist you, as long as the requested item is in stock. Please contact us at merch@forever-days.com and we will do the best we can to fulfil your request.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Yes, we can cancel your order before it is dispatched. After dispatch it will be the customers responsibility to return once you receive it. To request a cancellation, please contact us at merch@forever-days.com.

For any cancellation requests, please include your order number to allow for a quicker resolution.

HOW SHOULD I PROVIDE MY ADDRESS?

Our systems only recognise addresses written in the Latin Alphabet, so we recommend providing your address in this format. Failure to do so could result in your delivery being delayed whilst we work to resolve the issue.

WHAT IF NO ONE IS IN?

A signature may not always be required for delivery. If no one is available to accept delivery, carriers may leave your parcel with a neighbour or in a secure location. A card may be left to advise you of this or to inform you that the parcel has been returned to the local depot. You can then arrange collection or reschedule delivery.

WHY CAN I NOT TRACK MY ORDER?

Tracking is only available if you have paid for a tracking service. All UK orders are tracked. For international customers, we recommend opting for tracking for peace of mind.

HOW MUCH ARE SHIPPING COSTS?

Shipping costs depend on the size, weight and destination of your order and will be calculated at checkout.

I LIVE IN THE EU. WILL I GET CHARGED BY CUSTOMS FOR A DELIVERY?

For orders under €150 shipped from the UK to the EU, customers should not be required to pay customs fees.

For orders over €150, VAT and import duties will be due upon delivery.

If you are charged any fees on an order under €150, please contact us with detailed information, and we’ll assist in resolving the issue.

ARE YOU IOSS REGISTERED?

Yes, our stores are IOSS registered, and we ensure that all packages are properly labelled with the necessary details, including the IOSS number and logo where applicable.

Please note, however, that we cannot control how individual customs offices process these updates. The IOSS number won't appear directly on your order, as it is transmitted electronically to customs. IOSS numbers only apply to EU orders under €150.

I’VE RECEIVED A DAMAGED/FAULTY ITEM, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

If you’ve received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us with photographic evidence. Once we review your claim, we will arrange for a replacement or exchange. UK and US customers may be eligible for a free returns bag. If you’re not located in these countries, we may reimburse return shipping costs.
